2007- European year for equal opportunities for everyone

A national network will be set up to link up the various institutions of higher artistic and musical education with the aim of improving contacts between different cultures and ethnic groups and promoting practical initiatives on subjects regarding equal opportunities. These initiatives include the final concert performed by the best foreign students enrolled in the Italian Conservatories of Music, which will conclude the activity of the project.

The leading Administration is the Ministry of Universities and Research – General Direction for Higher Artistic and Musical Education, in partnership with the following institutions:
